This is the privacy policy for Off With Their Dicks, LLC (we, us, our), operating offwiththeirdicks.com. We sell protest apparel, run a newsletter, and try not to be creepy about your data.
§1What we collect
When you place an order, we collect:
- Name and email — so we can send order confirmations and shipping updates
- Shipping address — so the carrier can find you
- Payment information — handled by our payment processor (Shopify or Stripe). We never see or store your full card number.
- Order history — so we can answer support questions
When you sign up for our newsletter, we collect just your email and the date you signed up.
When you visit the site, our analytics tool may collect anonymous information like which pages you viewed, your approximate location (city-level, from IP), and what kind of device you used. This is aggregated — we can't identify you personally from it.
§2What we do with it
- Process and ship your orders
- Send you order updates and shipping notifications
- Send the occasional newsletter, only if you signed up
- Answer your support questions
- Understand which products people like and which pages they visit
- Comply with legal obligations (tax records, etc.)
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to build a profile of you for any third party.
§3Who we share it with
To run a real online store, we work with these services. Each one only sees what they need to do their job:
- Our checkout processor (Shopify or Stripe) — handles payment and order processing. They have their own privacy policies you can review.
- Our email tool (Mailchimp) — stores newsletter subscriber emails and sends our dispatches.
- Our shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or international equivalent) — gets your address so they can deliver your order.
- Our fulfillment partner (if applicable, like Printful) — handles printing and shipping.
If we're ever required to share information by law (subpoena, court order, etc.), we will. We will not voluntarily hand over your information to anyone outside this list.
§4Cookies and tracking
We use a small number of cookies:
- Cart cookies — remember what's in your cart between page loads
- Analytics cookies — anonymous, aggregated traffic data
We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party trackers from data brokers. If you'd rather not be counted, your browser's "Do Not Track" or private browsing mode will block most of this.
§5Your rights
Depending on where you live (California, EU, UK, and increasingly elsewhere), you have the right to:
- Ask us what data we have about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Ask us to delete your data (subject to legal record-keeping requirements, like tax records)
- Unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time (one click in any email)
- Opt out of having your information sold (we don't sell it anyway, but the right is yours)

§6Children's privacy
Our site is not directed at people under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you're a parent and you think your child has given us their info, email us and we'll delete it.
§7Changes to this policy
If we change this policy in any meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of the page. Material changes (something that actually affects how we use your data) will be communicated via email to anyone whose email we have.
